1 cup diced potato
1 small onion, minced
2 cups hot water
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
7-oz canned pink salmon
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potato and onion in hot water. Do not allow potato to become mushy.

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.

Combine all ingredients in soup kettle. Stir and heat.
