1 1/2 pounds lean ground venison, crumbled.
1/2 C finely chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 1/2 C butter-flavored cracker crumbs (approximately 36)
1 egg, beaten
1/4 C skimmed milk
3 T vegetable oil, divided.

In a large mixing bowl, combine venison, onion and salt. Shape mixture into six 1/2 inch thick patties. Place crumbs in a shallow dish, combine egg and milk.
Dip patties first in egg/milk mixture, then dredge in crumbs to coat. Heat 1 1/2 T oil in 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook three patties for 4 to 6 minutes or until browned and meat is no longer pink inside....turning once. Remove patties from skillet and repeat process with remaining oil and patties.
