4 large onions chopped
1 lb Conch (diced or ground)
1/2 sweet pepper chopped
2 large cans of tomato sauce
2 large cans of tomatoes
2 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ blocks of margarine
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tbl cumin
1 tbl marjoram
3 ½ lbs potatoes diced
1 lb of coursely ground Conch
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions and pepper in margarine a few minutes. Add 2 large can’t of Tomato Sauce. Add 2 large cans of tomatoes and garlic powder. Salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and fry
Onions, add hot water, let boil. Add conch, cook (hot) for 1 ½ hours then add potatoes. Cook ½ hour or till potatoes are tender.
