4 Halibut fillets, approx 6 oz each
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Lemon Butter:
1/2 lb butter, softened
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest-minced

Dill Sauce:
1 C. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
2 tsp fresh dill
1/2 c cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place halibut in baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Baste halibut with lemon butter. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until fish is done in center. Remove halibut from oven and ladle dill sauce over fish. Place under broiler until lightly golden brown, 1 1/2 minutes. Transfer halibut to a serving dish. Garnish with cucumber slices.

Lemon Butter:
Melt butter in saucepan. Slowly whisk in fresh lemon juice and zest to combine.

Dill Sauce:
Whip sour cream until smooth and creamy to break up lumps. Add mayo, dill, and diced. Refrigerate until needed.
