4 lbs. coarse ground chili meat
6 green onions, chopped, include tops
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 t oregano
1/2 t red cayene pepper
Two 12 oz cans beer
One 6 oz can tomato paste
1 1/2 t black pepper
1 t salt
1/2 t worchestershire
3 T Gebhardts Chili Powder
1/2 c Mas Harina

Directions:
Sear meat in heavy iron skillet, using bacon drippings. Add onions and garlic, cook 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Put meat in stew pot and add remaining ingredients except masa harina. Blend and bring to boil 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat, simmer covered 3 1/2-4 hours. Make a smooth heavy paste of masa harina, using water. Add to chili to desired thickness. Cook another 20 minutes.
