1 lb hamburger
1 can tomato soup
2 cans water
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 tsp dried chopped onion
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 T sugar
2/3 c. minute rice

Corn or tortilla chips
chopped lettuce
sour cream
salsa

Directions:
Brown the hamburger. Add all of the above ingredients except the minute rice. Cook 10 minutes. Add minute rice and simmer for an additional 25 minutes. Serve with chips, lettuce, grated cheese, avacados, tomatoes, and olives.
