1 whole chicken
1 1/2 cups rice
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken and stars soup
1 medium onion
3/4 cup chopped almonds
1 box Triscuits, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender. Debone and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook rice in chicken broth. Melt margarine in baking dish. Spread with 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs and press down. Combine remaining remaining ingredients and spread over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and return to oven for 10 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
