2 ob ground beef
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lb rotini pasta
2 6ox cans Cantadina or DeiFratelli tomato paste
2 c mozzarella cheese, grated
dash of parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

In skillet, saute beef and chopped vegetables until lightly browned. Stir in tomatoe sauce. Cook rotini el dente and pour into cassarole. Add the meat mixture and mozzarella cheese. Stir until blended.
