4 boneless chicken breast, halves
2 T flour
1 T oil
1 T butter
1 c sliced mushrooms
1 c marsala or cooking wine
2 T parsley, chopped (fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken to 1/4 in thickness. Dredge chicken in flour to coat. Heat oil and butter in skillet. Saute chicken until golden brown on both sides. Add wine and mushrooms. Cover and simmer until fork tender (about 10 minutes) Remove chicken and keep warm. Over med-high heat, boil sauce in skillet until slightly thickened. Add parsley and heat. Spoon sauce over chicken.
