Spinach Salad with Oranges Recipe

1 pkg baby spinach
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
3 T ketchup
2 T cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 T dried, minced onion
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil

MIx spinach, oranges, mushrooms, and bacon together to make salad. Mix all other ingredients, except oil, in blender to make dressing. Add oil slowly, allowing mixture to come together.
