1 1/2 c corn bread mix
One 17 oz can yellow creamstyle corn
1 c buttermilk
2 eggs
2/3 c cooking oil
2 T chopped bell pepper
2 jalapenos, chopped
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Pour half of batter in 8x8 lightly greased pan. Spread half the cheese over this; pour remaining batter over cheese. Sprinkle remainder of cheese over top. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes, or until well done.
