6 ears corn
1 sm onion chopped
1 large tomatoe chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 T shortening
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, pepper and tomato until soft-add corn which has been cut off cob. Salt and pepper to taste and simmmer 30 minutes over low fire. Do not add water.
