2 c cottage cheese
3 beaten eggs
3 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 t salt
dash of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese and eggs with blender until smooth. Add spinach, cheese, salt and garlic salt. Pour into greased baking pan and bake 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with 1/4 c cheese and let stand 5 minutes.
