2 c sugar
1 c cooking oil
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 1/2 c flour
1 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
1 c nuts
4 c chopped apples
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 13X9 pan. Place 6 oz butterscotch bits on top. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
