2 lb. chicken breast
4 cups thinly sliced vegetables (celery, leeks, carrots)
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into thin slices. Thread 2 -3 slices on disposable wooden skewers and arrange attractively on serving plate.
Mix vegetables and broth in fondue pot and bring to boil on a kitchen stove. add wine. Place on fondue burner and season with salt and pepper. To serve, guests should dip skewers into broth and let sit for 1 minute till done.

Serve with chutney, sweet and sour sauce, plum, sauce picante sauce, curry sauce, guacamole and honey mustard.

At the end, vegetables and broth can be poured into bowls and eaten.
