12 oz. can beer
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)
1 3/8 oz. envelope dry onion soup
1/2 lb. natural Swiss cheese, shredded (2 cups)
French and Rye bread, assorted hot sausages in bite sized pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beer and onion mix in medium saucepan. Heat slowly. combine cheddar cheese, swiss cheese and flour. Add slowly to simmering beer mixture. Cook and stir after each addition over low heat till cheese is melted. Pour into fondue pot and adjust heat to keep fondue warm. Serve with dippers.
