1 1/2 C fruit
6 ice cubes (optional--ice is not needed if you use frozen fruit)

Mix juice, fruit and ice cubes in a blender.

Be creative. You can use different kinds of juice, different fruit, add in soy milk, protein powder, vegetables, frozen fruit, fresh fruit, yogert, or anything else. If too thick, add more juice, if too runny, add more fruit. I've never made a bad smoothie.
