20 cherry tomatoes
2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. whole kernel corn
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
2 small green onions, sliced
1 tsp. ground red chilies or chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut thin slice for stem ends of tomatoes. Remove pulp and seeds with melon baller or spoon.
Mix cheddar cheese, corn, cream cheese, onions and 1 tsp. ground red chilies. Fill tomatoes with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with additional sliced green onions if desired. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 48 hours.
