1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/3 cup butter softened
1 egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups salted peanuts
1 pkg peanut butter chips
2 cups crispy rice cereal

Combine cake mix, butter & egg using electric mixer at low speed to make coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of a 13x9x2 pan. Bake for 12 to 18 minutes at 350. Sprinkle marshmallows over hot crust, bake until marshmallows puff up Cool. For topping melt corn syrup, butter, vanilla & peanut butter chips in a heavy 3 quart pan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in cereal & peanuts. Spoon over crust & marshmallow layer. Chill
