1 frying chicken
1/4 cup butter
1- 9 oz can pineapple chunks drained
reserve juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T corn starch
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 T chili sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dry mustard

Roll chicken in melted butter. Arrange in single layer in baking dish with skin side up. Mix pineapple juice with remaining ingredients. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add pineapple to sauce. spoon half the sauce over chicken and bake covered in 350 oven for an hour. Uncover bake until tender basting with remaining sauce.
