1 lg. bag fresh baby spinach
1 bunch romaine or red leaf lettuce
12 oz. bacon, fry crisp and crumble
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
4 green onions chopped
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. curd cottage cheese
1 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach and romaine and tear into small pieces. Toss everything for salad together in a large bowl. Chill. Mix Dressing in separate container and shake and chill until serving. Add dressing just before serving.
