4 chicken boneless chicken breast
3/4 t. chilie power
1/2 t. cumin
1/4 t. garlic
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 chopped green onion
1 jalopena pepper
1 garlic clove
1 can diced tomatoes
1 t. cornstarch
2 t. water

Directions:
mix chilie power, cumin, garlic power & cayanne pepper. Rub over chicken. Heat 1 t. oil. Sautee green onion, pepper & garlic. Seer chicken. Add can of tomatoes, cornstarch & water. Bring to boil, reduce simmer 15 mins. Serve over angelhair pasta or rice.

This is quick & perfect for kids. I cute my chicken up & I delete the hot peppers & cayenne. I add more water, cornstarch & another can of diced tomatoes for larger serving. I also use the frozen or fresh creole mix,(onion, garlic, parsley, & bellpeppers) helps on time.
