9" pastry shell (unbaked)
2 c. cubed ham (cooked)
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/3 c. minced onions
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion into pastry shell. Beat eggs slighty then add the remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into the pastry shell over top of the ham and cheese.

Bake 15 minutes at 425º F, then reduce temperature to 300º F and bake for 30 more minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
