8 oz. uncooked pasta ( tube-shaped macaroni)
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
3/4 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
Dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to disired doneness as directed on package. Drain, rinse with cold water.

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss gently.

I often times use reduced-calorie mayonnaise and lowfat dairy sour cream and it taste just as good.
