8-10 hard boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)
8-10 med. size potatoes (cooked and cut up)
chopped onion (optional)
paprika (optional)

1/4 c. sweet pickle relish (or more to taste)
2 tbsp. of sweet pickle juice
1 squirt of mustard
1/2-3/4 c. salad dressing (more if desired)
salt and pepper to taste
(mix ingrediants in seperate bowl)

Pour dressing over potato and egg mixture. Fold together until well mixed. If it seems dry, you may want to add more salad dressing. I garnish the top with sliced hard boiled eggs and paprika. Chill and serve.
