1 lb. round steak (cut in 1" cubes)
2 - 3 T. water
3 - 4 potatoes (cubed)
3 - 4 carrots (cubed)
2 - 3 onions (diced in 1" cubes)
3 - 4 ribs celery (diced in 1" lengths)
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Two 9" pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a frying pan, then add water. Remove pan from heat and add vegetables, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Line bottom of pie pan with one crust and place meat/veggie mixture into crust (heaping full). Dot all over with butter and place top crust over all. Seal well and make two or three slits on top crust.

Bake at 425º F for 15 minutes then turn the oven down to 375º F and bake for an additional hour.
