1 lb. lean ground beef or sirloin
1 small onion (diced)
2 ribs celery (diced)
1 beef bouillon cube
Salt & Pepper
Thyme
Marjoram
Oregano
Curry (use sparingly)
Worcestershire Sauce (2-3 dashes)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and saute. Then thicken with a bit of flour and water; which will make a bit of gravy as well. Let simmer to mix flavors for about 15 more minutes, then serve warm over toasted English muffins.
