Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box of graham crackers
2 boxes (3 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 container chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
The filling...combine the 2 boxes of pudding and the 3 cups of milk. Beat until thick. Fold in the Cool Whip. Set aside. The reason to "NOT" beat in the Cool Whip is because it will get runny and no matter how long you wait it will never become un-runny. I found that out the hard way. Most of you know that, I did not know that about cool whip 20 years ago. :-(

Line 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the crackers. Add remaining pudding mixture. Cover that with another layer of crackers. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Microwave frosting for 20 minutes, then stir. Repeat until frosting can be drizzled to cover the crackers.

My Mom, Bobby Jean Human, made this with non fat ingredients and we never knew it until she told us. It's good either way
