1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 box frozen petite peas
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced crosswise
2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced,
1 c. cubed ham
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cool. Thaw frozen peas under cold running water and drain. Toss with celery, green onions and ham in a bowl. Add cold macaroni and toss. Whisk together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, nutmeg and a little salt. Fold into macaroni mixture and chill for several hours.
