6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. flour
1 c. Parkay margarine

Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt (Grandma said don't add)
chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix the cream cheese, flour, and margarine like pie crust. Roll into a ball, divide into 4. Each 1/4 will make 12 tarts. Press dough into tart tin.
For filling: mix eggs, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt together. Fill tarts 3/4 full - top with chopped pecans. Back 30 minutes in 350º oven. Doreen uses a ketchup dispenser with the top cut down.
