1 CUP MINUTE RICE (1/2 CAN BE WILD RICE)

1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

2 1/2 CANS WATER

1 PKG LIPTON ONION SOUP

9 X 13 SPRAYED PAN

BROWN 2 CHICKENS
MEANWHILE SAUTE CELERY IN BUTTER
ADD RICE, SOUP, WATER
LAY CHICKEN ON TOP THEN SPRINKLE LIPTON
ONION SOUP OVER TOP
bAKE 1 1/2 HOURS AT 350º COVERED WITH ALUMINUM FOIL. LAST 10 MINUTES CHECK IN CASE IT IS TOO JUICY, IF SO UNCOVER.
