5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. Crisco
1 c. cold water
1 egg
2 T. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients then, using a pastry blender, cut Crisco into flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Keep tightly wrapped in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before rolling out as crust.
