1/2 lb. of leftover flank steak or London Broil, cut in
1" x 1/2" strips
8 oz. of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 T. corn oil
2 T. flour
8 oz. sour cream
beef boullion or beef flavoring
1 cup of half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in corn oil until translucent, then add mushrooms and beef boullion (1 T. or 3 cubes), and stir until boullion blended and mushrooms are soft. Add strips of beef and heat through. Add flour and mix slowly until evenly distributed. Then slowly add half & half, stirring until liquid is thickened to desired consistency. Do not let liquid boil.

Serve over rice or wide egg noodles.
