1 box yellow cake mix (I use a moist type)
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
6 oz. (more or less) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup water 1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1 (4 oz.) bar German Chocolate, grated (this is optional, I never use it. I tried it one time and it was really yummy, but this cake really doesn't need the extra Chocolate unless you’re a real chocolate lover.)

Directions:

Mix all Ingredients together till smooth. Bake in a greased, floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
