Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 or 8 ears of fresh sweet corn.
1 stick margerine or butter ( you can use less)
1 or 2 table spoons of flour
a little water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the corn off the cob with a sharp knife.(I use a big bowl for this) Be sure to scrape the cobs too, that's where the good stuff is. Add the flour & a little water till you like the consistency. (You can always add more water while you are cooking corn if you want)

Melt the margerine or butter in a big skillet. (don't get it too hot) add the corn mixture & cook over medium heat stirring often so it doesn't stick.

Add salt & pepper to your taste, cook about 10 minutes or so. This is the good part, You need to taste it & see if it is done.
