4 or 5 cans (15 oz.) of Van Camps Pork & Beans
1 large onion - chopped
1 bell pepper -chopped
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar (depending on your taste)
1 table spoon Worchestershire Sauce (optional)
about 1/2 lb. bacon - cut in about inch long pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Put chopped onion, bell pepper & bacon in a covered microwave dish & microwave about 5 minutes or untill onions & bell peppers are starting to get transparent.
Put all ingredients in a large pan or baking dish.
You may want to adjust the brown sugar & catsup to your taste. When it tastes the way you want it to taste bake at 350 degrees about 2 hours. We don't like runny baked beans so I bake until pretty dry.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I make more than enough for a meal so I can make Baked Bean Croquettes out of the left overs.
