Ingredients: CRUST: 45 Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 cup butter or margarine
FILLING: 1 large (or 2 small) package of instant pistachio pudding 1 quart vanilla ice cream (softened just a little bit) 2 cups milk 1 9 oz. Cool Whip 2 Heath Bars (chilled and crushed)

Directions:CRUST: Melt margarine and mix with crackers. Pat onto bottom only of 9x12x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
FILLING: Blend together with mixer the pudding mix and milk, add softened ice cream and mix until blended. Pour on top of cracker crust. Place in freezer for at least one hour. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle on Heath Bars. Return to freezer to set, about an hour.
Remove from freezer and let sit a few minutes before cutting into serving pieces. Store leftovers in refrigerator or freezer.
Number Of Servings:16 to 24 servings depending on who's cutting it up!
