Crust:
3 oz cream cheese
1 c flour
1 stick butter

Filling:
1 egg
3/4 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla
1 T butter
2/3 c pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Blend cream cheese and butter. Mix in flour. Chill one hour. Roll dough into 1 " balls and press into small muffin tins forming little cups. Bake 350º for 15 min. Cool before filling.

Mix eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and butter. Put 1/3 of pecans in bottom of crust cups. Add 1 t. filling and then top with remaining pecans. Bake at 350º until filling is set.
