1 large can of pie filling or fruit (16 oz.drained fruit with 1 -12 oz. undrained can pineapple)
1 box cake mix (yellow or white)
2 sticks butter
Topping of walnuts + coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 Degrees.

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan with drained fruit or pie filling. Dump cake mix over . Cut up 2 sticks of butter on top. Cover with nuts or coconut during the last 10 minutes of baking time. Bake 1 hour.

Grandma Jean used pie filling in a square pan. She dumped Jiffy cake mix over the filling. Then topped it with butter and baked. This made a smaller amount.
