1-1/2 cup.sugar
1 cup. butter
2 eggs
2-3/4 cup flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
cinnamon and sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
little milk
strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 Tblsp. cornstarch
red food coloring
3 Tblsp. strawberry jello

Beat the sugar, butter and eggs together. Add the rest of the ingredients and pat into a 11x15 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 400º for 8-10 min untill golden brown. Cool. Mix the cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar and a little milk together and place over the crust. Arrange fruit on top of this layer. Topping Boil the 1 cup sugar, water, cornstarch, and red food coloring together until clear. Add the strawberry jello. Let cool for a little bit and then pour over the strawberries.

This is the dessert that David and Brittany ask for the most. You can use other fruit instead of the strawberries, but that is what my family likes the best.
