1-1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 T. water
2 eggs
2-1/2 - 3 c. flour
1-1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz) chocolate chips
2-3 boxes of andes mints

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter add water and eggs. Melt chocolate chips and add to creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 min at 350º. Just until puffy. Almost Raw. Put mint on top and let set until melted. Spread with a knife.
