Step I
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine (soft)
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix and bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and crumble.

Step II
Cream together
1 8oz. soft cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
1 teaspoon butter (soft)
Add
1 cup cool whip and mix again. Put this over crumbled cake above.
When this is complete top with 1 can cherry pie filling. Chill and enjoy!
