1 can Spam
4 tsp onion
4 tsp bell pepper (optional)
4 tsp pimento (optional)
2 tsp sweet pickle
Put above through meat grinder.
Add:
4 tsp butter
1 cup grated cheddar
4 tsp ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and spread on bun halves or english muffins and cook under broiler until heated through and bubbly.

Can be made ahead and refrigerated. I toast bread first then add meat mixture and broil to heat and melt cheese.
