6 thick cut pork chops
3/4 cup regular rice
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and season chops. Place in 9 x 12 pan. Sprinkle the rice around the chops. Mix together the tomato sauce, water and taco seasoning and salt. Pour over the chops. Cover with foil. Bake 350º for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and then onions. Return to oven about 10 minutes.
