1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli spears
1 (5 1/2) refrigerator biscuits
1 (6 3/4 oz) can chunk ham or cubed, (1 cup)

Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
pepper
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Prepare broccoli, drain. Preheat oven to 375º. In flour, roll out biscuits into 5" squares. Cut brocolli into 10 spears. Arrange 2 spears on center of each biscuit, top with ham. Fold sides over broccoli and ham, pinch to seal. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lighlty browned. While baking, in saucepan melt butter, stir in flour and pepper until smooth. Stir in cheese and milk. Serve roll-ups with cheese sauce.
