2 lbs. round steak
2 cups carrots (cut 1/4" thick)
6 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup celery (cut 1/4" thick)
1 med. onion,chopped
salt and pepper to taste
flour & oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into cubes and place in bowl. Add flour to the meat and mix until meat is completely covered. Brown meat in a saute pan with 1/4 C oil; slowly. When meat is browned, add onion to the pan. Cover meat and onion with water to about 1/2" above it. Let simmer for 30 min. or until the meat is tender. Check to see if more water is needed. Add carrots and celery. Cook for 15 to 20 min. longer. Add potatoes, salt and pepper and simmer slowly until potatoes are done. Let simmer until the flavor has developed.
