2 (8 oz ) cans pineapple chunks
2 tbsp oil
1 green pepper, cut into 1" squares
1 onion cut in thin wedges
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 lb pork or chicken
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add pepper, onion and garlic, stir fry until tender crisp. Remove, stir fry meat. Add corn starch, corn syrup, cider vinegar, soy sauce and ketchup. Stir 'til smooth and add veg. mixture and pineapple. Stir constantly bringing to boil over medium heat. Serve over rice.
