8 large tomatoes
1 pound ground beef or pork
1 tablespoon butter
4-5 slices of hard toast crumble or 1 1/2 cups italian bread crumbs
1 or 2 eggs
3 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 clove garlic chopped
nutmeg
salt and ground black pepper
olive oil

©Cut the top off tomatoes, scoop the pulp and seeds out ,turn tomatoes upside down to drain for 1/2 on a paper
fry meat in butter until browned and crumbly,remove from the heat
beat the eggs
mix the meat,crumbs,eggs,parsley,salt and pepper to taste
pinch on nutmeg
stuff the tomatoes with the meat mixture,put the tomatoe lids back on the tomatoes
place in a deep dish and drop a little oil on each lid.
bake in preheated oven 350º for 30 mintues
