3 pounds collard greens
3 pounds kale
1 meduim onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch of cayenne
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 pound of fatback or smoke turkey
4 cups of water

şİCook meat until tender
wash and roughly cut greens
add all the other seasoning and greens to the meat
add Italian dressing
add 4 cups of water
Let green cook until tender or desire texture

Sometimes I cut my greens again after they finished cooking.
Also when cleaning the greens try to remove most of the stem
