1 Pudding recipe cake mix
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crunbly, reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Cool and cut.
